Boron Nitride/BN 

       Boron nitride is a special ceramic material with unique properties such as excellent thermal and electrical insulation and lubricity, and is widely used in many industrial fields.

Specific gravity (S.G): approximately 2.29 g/cm3
Porosity: usually less than 10%
Vickers hardness (HV1 Hardness): 10 ~ 45 GPa
Flexural Strength: 16 ~ 42 MPa
Compressive Strength: 400 ~ 800 MPa
Young's Modulus: 25 ~ 120 GPa
Fracture Toughness: 3 ~ 6 MPam1/2

Coefficient Of Thermal Expansion
40 ~ 400°C: about 1 x 10^-6/°C
40 ~ 800°C: about 1.05 x 10^-6/°C
Thermal Conductivity: 600 ~ 800 W/m-k
Specific Heat: 0.6 ~ 1.0 J/g*K
